摘  要:对材料为16Mn钢的连轧机底座的磨损机理进行讨论。在16Mn钢表面进行电弧堆焊1Cr13不锈钢和等离子堆焊铁镍合金粉末,并对堆焊材料进行磨损和抗腐蚀实验。通过分析其磨损量及磨损形貌,得到堆焊层的抗磨损和腐蚀性能,从而寻找出连轧机底座修复的材料和方法。The abrasion mechanism of tandem mill bottom case, which material is 16Mn steel, was discussed. The 1Cr13 stainless steel electrode were piled up on the surface of 16Mn steel by the arc welding and the Fe-Ni alloy powder were piled up on the surface of 16Mn steel by the plasma built-up welding, the abrasion and corrosion experiment of built-up welding level were made. By analyzing wearing capacity and the wear profile, the wear resistance capability and corrosion resistance capability of built-up welding level was obtained, the materials and methods of repairing tandem mill bottom case were found.
