摘  要:通过分析典型内凹刃口PCD刀具的特征,归纳出其加工难点,阐明了电火花刃磨工艺路线及对加工设备的要求,提出了刀具定位、电极在线车削等的工艺方案,总结了主要放电条件参数。对比及检测结果表明,该工艺能满足高品质内凹刃口PCD刀具的加工要求,加工的刀具完全可以替代进口产品。An EDG (Electrical Discharge Grinding) technology for machining PCD (Polycrystal- line diamond) tools with internal cutting edges was presented by analyzing the geometrical characteristics and mechanical properties of the typical tool. The function and accuracy requirement of the erosion machine was brought forward in succession. Methods for mounting the tool, dressing of the rotary electrode, choosing electrical parameters were introduced. The obtained results suggested that the technology is effective in machining high-performance PCD tools that will be suitable substitutes for import products.
