摘　　要：目的:通过观察糖尿病大鼠视网膜病理改变及葛根素对其影响,探讨葛根素对糖尿病视网膜病变的防治作用。方法:取Wistar雄性大鼠60只,腹腔注射STZ建立糖尿病大鼠模型,随机分为正常组、糖尿病组及糖尿病葛根素治疗组。葛根素治疗组大鼠给予葛根素100m g/kg.d腹腔注射。分别于1个月,3个月,5个月处死后采用HE检测方法,动态观察了不同病程的糖尿病大鼠视网膜病变的变化。结果:糖尿病大鼠视网膜HE染色不仅可见神经节细胞减少,而且内外颗粒层平均细胞光密度降低,细胞排列紊乱稀疏。糖尿病葛根素治疗组大鼠视网膜神经节细胞和颗粒层细胞明显增多,视网膜结构明显好转。结论:糖尿病性视网膜病变早期即有明显病理改变,葛根素对糖尿病性视网膜病变有防治作用。Objective： To observe the diabetic retinopathy in diabetic rats and the effects of puerarin on diabetic retinopathy in an attempt to investigate whether puerarin prevent and therapy diabetic retinopathy,Methods：Sixty healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into the following groups：controls group, diabetic group and puerarin group. Diabetes was induced in the rats with streptozotocin（STZ） administered intraperitoneally. At Months 1,3and 5,rats were killed,and we observed rat retinopathy in different courses of the disease by HE stain. Results：By HE stain, we found that the number of the ganglion cells was reduced,the optical density was depressed in the internal and external granular cells and the cells were disperse with irregular arrangement and rarefaction in the amphiblestrodes of diabetic rats. The number of the ganglion cells and granular cells was increased and the structure of amphiblestrodes obviously improved in puerarin group. Conclusion： Puerarin has the preventive and therapeutic effects in diabetic retinopathy.
