摘  要:以甲醛、氨水和亚磷酸二甲酯为原料,根据亚磷酸酯类Mannich反应机理制备了含活性氨基基团的磷/氮阻燃剂,选用硅氧烷偶联剂γ-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三甲基硅烷(GPTMS)为交联剂,研究了各整理工艺参数对阻燃效果的影响,确定了最佳整理工艺:阻燃剂250~350g/L,GPTMS30~40g/L,整理液pH值4.0~5.0,100℃预烘3min,160~170℃焙烘3min,该条件下整理的棉织物阻燃性能较好.整理过的棉织物经30次皂洗后,炭长为12.5cm,限氧指数(LOI)为31.4,可达到耐久性整理的要求.A flame retardant containing phosphorus and nitrogen groups was synthesized using formaldehyde, ammonia and dimethylphosphite as raw materials according to Mannich reaction mechanism of phosphite. Siloxane coupling agent γ-glycidyloxypropyltrimethoxysilane (GPTMS) was selected as crosslinking agent. The influence of the technological conditions on flame-retardant results were investigated. The optimal process was obtained: flaming retardant 250-350 g/L, GPTMS 30-40 g/L,the pH value of finishing formulation was 4.0-5.0, dried at 100 %: for 3 min,cured at 160-170 ℃ for 3 min. Under the optimal conditions, the finished cotton had the best flaming retardance, the char length of finished cotton after 30 times soaping was 12.5 cm, the LOI value was 31.4, which could met the demands of durable finish.
