摘  要:乳液型聚丙烯酸酯类乳液缺点是高温下容易发粘,低温则发脆,且透气性差,不耐水,耐沾污性不够理想,而有机聚硅氧烷具有许多可互补的优异性能.以反应性有机硅单体为原料,采用乳液共聚合法,通过正交试验,制备了稳定的有机硅改性聚丙烯酸酯乳液;优化了有机硅改性聚丙烯酸酯乳液的制备工艺,确定最佳工艺:m(MMA)/m(BA)为0.6,单体KH571用量2.0g,80℃反应3.0h.将合成的乳液应用于织物整理,发现整理后织物的干湿摩擦牢度、耐水洗牢度、拒水效果等得以提高.The polyacrylate emulsion are easy to become gum at higher temperature and has brittleness at lower temperature. It has also other shortcomings such as poor air permeability, nondurable to water and poor stain resistance. However, silicone has many outstanding complemental properties. In the current work, stable silicone modified polyacrylates latex was prepared using reactive silicone monomer as material via emulsion copolymerization by orthogonal experiment method. The preparation technology was optimized and the optimal technic was obtained: m(MMA)/m(BA)=0.6,the dosage of KH571 was 2.0 g, reacting time was 3.0 h,reacting temperature was 80 ℃. The modified emulsion was applied on cotton finishing, and the performance of treated fabric was improved, such as wet and dry fabric rubbing fastness, washing fastness, and water repellent effect.
