摘　　要：文章在对江苏灌云许相村芦蒿基地发展历程进行调查分析的基础上,以调查结果为例,总结了科技服务转化为生产力实现途径方面的经验,从农民培训、科技帮扶、市场化运作、物化性质服务和政府支持五个方面做了相关解析。An investigation was carried out for experience of Artemisia selengensi cultural base development in Xuxiang Village, Guanyun County, Jiangsu Province. Setting the investigation results as an example, experiences for transforming science and technology service into productivity were summarized. Problems were analyzed from five aspects, i.e., peasants＇ training, technology assist, marketing operation, material service and governmental support.
