摘 要:以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为成纤剂,与三聚氰胺甲醛(MF)树脂溶液混合,经湿法纺丝制得MF-PVA纤维。从染料、pH值、染色温度和保温时间等方面探讨MF-PVA纤维的染色工艺。结果表明,MF-PVA纤维采用酸性染料染色,上染率可达90%以上。其优化的染色工艺条件为:pH值3.0,染色温度80℃,保温染色60 min。染色MF-PVA纤维的LOI值达35,强度约1.5 cN/dtex,水中软化点高于100℃,各项色牢度较好。Melamine formaldehyde-polyvinyt alcohol(MF-PVA) fiber was prepared by wet spinning method with the mixture of PVA and MF resin. Factors exerting influence on dyeing behaviors of MF-PVA were studied, such as dye selection, pH value, dyeing temperature and time. Results showed that acid dyes on MF-PVA fiber could be higher than 90%. The most favorable dyeing conditions were defined as follows: pH value of dye bath 3.0, dyeing at 80 ℃ for 60 minutes. The dyeings featured good properties including limiting oxygen index about 35, strength retention 1.5cN/dtex, stick point in water higher than 100 ℃,and above 3-level color fastness.
