摘 要:采用45 kHz超声波对聚乳酸纤维混纺织物染色,并与无超声波处理的常规染色进行对比。利用SEM,XRD和激光粒度仪等手段研究超声波处理对染液和织物的影响。结果表明,超声波处理能粉碎染浴中分散染料之间的缔合体,可明显提高分散染料的上染百分率和K/S值;经超声波处理后,织物表面无明显的刻蚀损伤,织物断裂强力略有降低,聚乳酸纤维的α晶型没有变化,只是衍射强度略微降低。Dyeing behaviors of polylatic acid blended fabric assisted with ultrasonic wave were studied, the results were compared with those of conventional dyeing. Effects of ultrasonic wave on dye liquor and fabric were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD)and laser particle size analyzer. The results showed that ultrasonic treatment could break the micelles of disperse dyes, therefore, dye uptake and K/S value could be increased. After ultrasonic treatment, the fabric had no obvious etching on surface nor changes in α crystalline form, and only a little decrease in strength and intensity of diffraction.
