哮喘患儿血清IL-10、IL-4与IgE水平的检测及意义

摘　　要：目的:研究哮喘患儿白细胞介素10(IL-10)、白细胞介素4(IL-4)与免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平的变化。方法:采用酶联免疫(ELISA)法测定不同时期支气管哮喘患儿血清IL-10、IL-4和IgE水平,并与正常对照组进行统计分析。结果:哮喘急性发作组血清IL-10水平显著低于缓解组和对照组(P<0.05),而IL-4和IgE水平却显著高于缓解期和对照组(P<0.05)。IL-10与IgE呈负相关(r=-0.536,P<0.05),而IL-4与IgE呈正相关(r=0.548,P<0.05)。结论:IL-10和IL-4参与支气管哮喘发病的整个过程,IL-10降低和IL-4升高是哮喘发病的重要因素;在支气管哮喘患儿不同时期检测血清IL-10和IL-4水平具有重要的临床意义。Objective ： Research on the change of levels of interleukin 10 （IL-10） , interleukin4 （ IL- 4） and immunoglobulin E （ Ig E） in asthmatic children. Methods ： 20 asthmatic children in attack stage and 20 asthmatic children in remission stage were as sample cases. The serum levels of IL- 10, IL-4 and Ig E were detect with ELISA. Results ： IL-10 level of children in attack stage was obviously lower than those in remission stage and healthy children （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; IL-4 and Ig E level of children in attack stage was obviously higher than those in remission stage and healthy children （P 〈 0.05 ） ; IL-4 level of children in remission stage was obviously higher than healthy children （P 〈 0.05） ;The level of IL-10 was in negative correlation with that of IgE in asthmatic children,while the level of IL-4 was in positive correlation with that of IgE in asthmatic children. Conclusion： Asthmatic children have lower level of IL-10 and higher levels of IL-4 and Ig E, IL-10 and IL-4 take part in process of asthmatic . It is important to detect the serum levels of IL-10 and IL-4 in different stage.
