摘  要:目的:研究适度间歇性低氧对生后发育大鼠缺血/再灌注后心肌梗塞范围的影响。方法:采用在体结扎大鼠冠状动脉左前降支的方法,使心肌缺血30分钟,再灌注120分钟,分别测定梗塞面积、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:间歇性低氧处理28天及42天后,实验组动物心肌梗塞面积比对照组明显减少、SOD活性增强而MDA含量下降。结论:间歇性低压低氧处理可显著地提高发育大鼠心脏对抗缺血再灌注损伤,具有心脏保护作用,此作用与增强心肌的抗氧化能力有关。Objective: To study the effect of moderate intermittent hypoxia on infarct size following myocardial ishemia-reperfusion in developing rats. Methods: Measuring infarct size, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malodialdehyde (MDA) content after 30min myocardial ischemia and subsequent 120min reperfusion, by ligation of left descending coronary artery. Results : After intermittent hypoxia exposure for 28days and 42days, the infarct sizes were significantly reduced accompanying higher SOD activity and lower MDA content. Conclusion : Intermittent hypoxia can confer the hearts of developing rats against ischemia-reperfusion injurty, and this cardioprotection is related to the increasing antioxidant ability.
