依诺沙星合成工艺评述

摘　　要：介绍了依诺沙星的用途;叙述了依诺沙星的各种合成方法,评述了各种合成方法的优缺点。认为以氟乙酸乙酯为原料的制备工艺路线,其所需原料均已工业化生产、经济易得,反应条件温和,后处理简单,收率相对较高,对环境影响较小,比较适合于工业生产。Usages of enoxacin were introduced, synthesis methods for enoxacin were reviewed and their advantages and disadvantages were briefly compared. It was concluded that the synthesis process from ethyl fluoroacetate was a good method for the manufacture, with industrialized and economic raw materials, mild reaction, simple treatment, high yield and little influence on environment.
