摘 要:2004~2006年利用两个玉米单交组合的P1、P2、P3、P4、F1、F2、B1-1、B1-2、B2-1和B2-210个世代群体的数据进行了世代平均数分析。估算了加性效应(a)、显性效应(d)和上位效应,再将其分解为加性×加性(aa)、加性×显性(ad)和显性×显性(dd)3部分效应及其相应的方差及平方和百分比。结果表明:世代间有显著差异,其差异大小取决于杂交双亲。穗行数的加性效应比例占70.47%,穗轴粗的加性效应比例占59.99%;穗粒数的显性率最高(51.51%),其次是加性效应(37.15%)。穗行数,穗粒数和穗轴粗的上位效应分别占11.98%、11.34%和32.75%。From 2004 to 2006, two F1 maize hybrids, F2, backcrosses B1 and B2 and their parents were used to estimate the generation means for diameter. Estimated of gene effects and its variance, percentage including a, d, aa, ad and dd were obtained. The result showed that there were significant differences for each of the three traits among generation means and the differences varied with their parents. The additive component was 70.47% for the rows per ear, the additive component was 59.99% for the diameter of ear-axis. For the grains per ear, dominant effect was the highest (51.51%), followed by additive effect(37.15%). The accounted for 11.98% of rows per ear of the genetic components, respectively with 11.34% for the grains per ear and 32.75% for the ear-axis.
