摘　　要：简要综述了基于混合取样方法结合分子标记技术进行基因频率分析及其在玉米群体遗传多样性分析中的应用,分析总结了混合样本中单株数目、遗传距离的估算及混合取样中策略问题。The pooled-sampling（or bulking DNA） integrated with molecular markers were summarized in analyzing the gene frequencies and the genetic diversity among maize populations in this paper. The number of mixed sampling, genetic distance estimates and possible problems along with some suggestions were also provided.
