不同玉米杂交种新陈种子不同生化指标的灰色关联度分析

摘　　要：应用灰色关联度分析方法,对10个玉米杂交种新陈种子的不同生化指标进行分析。结果表明:不同生化指标与田间出苗率的关联度大小为:CAT活性>AsAPOD活性>POD活性>SOD活性>MDA含量。CAT活性与田间出苗率关联最密切(0.706),可以作为玉米杂交种活力测定的生化指标。Grey correlative degree analysis was used to research the relationship between different biochemical indexes and field seedling percentage on the new and old seeds of 10 maize hybrids. The order was the activity of catalyses 〉 the activity of ascorbate peroxidase 〉 the activity of peroxidase 〉 the activity of superoxide dismutase 〉 the content of MDA. The activity of catalyses was the better biochemical index of vigor test in maize hybrid, because of its significant correlation （0.706）.
