摘  要:以沈137为研究试材,在水分胁迫和正常供水条件下对其光合特性和叶绿素荧光参数进行了测定比较。结果表明,沈137在抽雄吐丝期遇到水分胁迫其净光合速率日变化呈双峰曲线,水分利用效率、原初光能化效率(Fv/Fm)、光化学淬灭(qP)、光合电子传递速率(ETR)、光合量子效率(PhiPS2)均有所降低,而非光化学淬灭(NPQ)则相对增加。表明水分胁迫使光系统结构受到损伤或部分失活,从而抑制了光系统的光化学活性,影响了光合电子传递的正常进行,最终使净光合速率降低。Shen137 is one of the represent inbred lines of the P maize group germplasm, which is the most utilized in the northeast zone. In this paper, photosynthesis characters and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Shen137 were studied under water stress and normal water. The results showed that change of net photosynthesis rate in a day assumed double peak curve and water use efficiency, Fv/Fm, qP, ETR, PhiPS2 were decreased under water stress, while NPQ was increased on the contrary. According to the results above, it could be concluded that structure of photosynthesis was damaged or energy of photosynthesis was lost under water stress, then energy of photochemistry was restrained, normal transfer of photosynthesis electron was influenced and net photosynthesis rate was reduced in the end.
