摘 要:目的探讨血清心肌酶活性对新生儿窒息引起的心肌损害的临床意义。方法将2005年3月~2008年3月收住的57例窒息新生儿分为轻度窒息组、重度窒息组,选26例正常足月新生儿为对照组,分别测定血清中AST,LDH,CK,CK-MB,cTnⅠ的活性并作分析比较。结果窒息患儿心肌酶有改变且随窒息程度的加重而相应升高。轻度窒息组较正常心肌酶明显升高且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),重度组较轻度组心肌酶亦有明显升高且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论血清心肌酶的升高对临床判断窒息后的心肌损害具有一定的临床诊断价值,血清中CK-MB、cTnI在新生儿窒息后心肌损害中有较高的特异性。Objective To explore the clinical significance of serum myocardial enzymes in heart damage of asphyxiated neonate. Methods 57 cases of asphyxiated neonates admitted in 3, 2005 - 3, 2008 were divided into slight asphyxiated group and severe asphyxiated group,and the control group were 26 formal full-term neonates. The activity of serum myocardial enzymes including AST, LDH, CK,CK-MB,cTnI were respectively tested and made contrast and analysis. Results Myocardial enzymes of the asphyxiated neonates were increasing and increasing according to the severity. Ones of the slight group were higher than the controls( P 〈 0.05) ,and ones of the severe group were higher than the slight group( p 〈 0.01 ), both are significantly different. Conclusion The increasing of myocardial enzymce had diagnostic value judging the myocardial injury of asphyxia neonates. CK-MB and cTnI have high speeifity to evaluate the myocardial injury of asphyxiated neonates.
