摘　　要：目的总结、分析手术后发热的原因和处理方法,防止这一常见并发症发展而影响手术效果。方法根据发热时的全身表现和辅助检查结果将发热归为4类,即外感型、吸收型、感染型、二重型。不同类型用不同方法处理。结果经中西医结合及再次手术等方法治疗,发热均在3～7d消退。结论根据发热的不同类型和原因采用中西医综合治疗,可以提高疗效,缩短病程。Objective Analysis the causes and treatment of post-operative fever, prevent the devdopment of complications which should influence the surgery effect.Methods According to the systemic performance and auxiliary examination,the fever can be classified as 4 categofies.＇Fney are exopathic type, absorption-type, infection type, tbe second heavy. Different types should use different ways to deal with.Result By traditional Chinese,western medlcine,surgery and so on,fever subsided in 3-7 days. Conclusion According to the different types and causes of fever,combined of traditional Chinses medicine with western medicine was applied to treat it,and this can develop the curative effect and decurtate the course.
