摘  要:目的探讨水解、电解可脱弹簧圈栓塞颅内动脉瘤的疗效以及应用体会。方法经股动脉Seldinger穿刺法,沿导引管将微导管置于动脉瘤腔,结合不同方式,进行可脱微弹簧圈栓塞动脉瘤。结果46例颅内动脉瘤患者共50处动脉瘤成功栓塞,22处使用GDC,28处使用DCS,24处术后即刻造影显示栓塞率>90%,2处栓塞<90%。4例并发脑血管痉挛并发症。术后23例患者康复,1例病情加重自动出院,无死亡患者。20例患者3~12个月随访DSA或CTA,2例复发。结论水解、电解弹簧圈栓塞是治疗颅内动脉瘤微创有效安全的方法,但两者治疗长期的疗效还有待观察。Objective To study the effect of an endovaseala treatment of intracranial aneurysms With detachable coil.Methosds Femoral artey approach was selected with microcatheter positioning inside the aneurysm. Detachable spring soil embolizer was pushed into the aneurysmal lumen through different metheds.Results 26 aneurysms in 24 patients were consecutively treated. 12 aneurysms used GDC, 14 aneurysms used DCS, the sac of 24 aneurysms were achieved 90% - 100% embolization.4 case happened cerebral vasospam.23 d 24 patients were in good outcome. 1 patient discharged of heavy pneumonia, no patient died.2 patients recurring occurred inthe 3-to-12-month follow -up by DSA or CTA.Conclusion Endovascular treatment of intracranial aneurysm with coil is a safe effective ,minimally invasive method. The longterm efficacy d guglielmi detachable coil and hydrodetachable coil is required to observe.
