摘 要:目的研究自我效能与军事作业绩效的相关性;提出以自我效能理论为依托的心理干预方向,从而改善新兵在集训应激状态下的适应不良,提高作业绩效。方法选用一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、简易应对方式量表、社会支持量表对2005年底入伍的570名新兵集中训练2个月后进行测评。结果军事作业考核中成绩优秀新兵自我效能得分明显高于非优秀新兵自我效能得分;成绩优秀新兵的消极应对分值明显低于非优秀新兵。结论新兵自我效能与军事作业绩效密切相关。应进一步探讨建立针对军人自我效能的心理干预体系,从而有效提高部队整体军事作业绩效。Objective To study the correlation between self-efficacy and military task performance;propose the orientation of psychological intervention based on the self-efficacy theory, thereby improving the bad adaption of the raw recruits at the stress state in training,and the task performance. Methods General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) , Simple Responses and Socical Support Test were used for 570 raw recruits at the end of 2005 after a two-month training. Results The recruits who did well in the military task performance, achieved significantly higher scores of GSES than those who did mediocrely. The formers earned scores significantly lower in SCL- 90, anxiety, horror and crankiness factor test than the latters. The formers had negative reponse scores, significantly lower than the latters. Conclusions The self-efficacy of recruits has close relation to the military task performance. It is necessary to eatablish a psychological intervention system aiming at the soldiers' self-efficacy, thereby improving the whole military task performance efficiently.
