摘 要:目的探讨健康人血清在37℃水浴中FⅧ活性与时间的关系,准确掌握FⅧ活性完全消耗的时间,以确保手工法检测凝血因子缺乏的准确性。方法采健康人静脉血3 ml,置37℃水浴中,凝固后分离血清,再置37℃水浴中并于不同的时间内用全自动血凝仪测定FⅧ活性。结果健康人血清在37℃水浴中FⅧ活性在4 h完全消耗。结论在手工法检测凝血因子缺乏时,健康人血清需在37℃水浴中放置4 h,方能用于凝血活酶生成纠正试验。Objective To study the FⅧ activity in the serum of healthy subjects in relation to time in 37℃ water-bath,in order to grasp when the FⅧ activity will disappear and ensure the result exactly by manual method to detect the shortage of blood coagulation factor. Methods Put 3ml venous blood of healthy subject in 37℃ water-bath, and segregate serum after coagulating, and test the serum many times using automatic coagulation analysator at different times. Results The activity of FVIH in the serum of healthy subject disappeared completely after 4 hours in 37℃ water-bath. Conclusions To detect the shortage of blood coagulation factor by manual method, the serum of healthy man, which just has been put in 37℃ water-bath for 4 hours,can be used in the thromboplastin generation retrieval test.
