摘　　要：网络文化是一把双刃剑,它一方面带给大学生们学习、娱乐的便利,另一方面也给高校学生教育管理工作带来了挑战。为此,笔者从网络文化的特点入手,对网络文化的负面影响加以分析,并探讨高校学生管理的新对策。Network culture is a two-blade sword,It brings great advantage to university students in their studies and entertainments. Meanwhile it prducts serious side effects. So,this paper analyses the characteristics and the side effects of it. and probe into some new measures in the management in universities.
