摘　　要：烧嘴是广泛应用于工业燃烧控制系统中的加热设备,以德国Krom Schroder公司的火焰监测器IFW15-T为核心,针对烧嘴的安全点火监控过程,首先分析设计了单烧嘴控制器,并在此基础上进一步扩展,设计了多烧嘴组合燃烧控制器。多烧嘴控制器可同时控制多个烧嘴的安全点火启动过程,可解决当前部分工业炉燃烧系统的升温速度要求快、炉型小、烧嘴分布过于密集等情况。该设计成本低,现场操作方便,可简化现场的布局,减少安全隐患,同时给出了多烧嘴点火控制模式下的燃气管道系统的设计。Burner is widely used in the industrial burning control systems. According to burner＇s safely igniting process, the paper presents the design method of single burner control box based on the flame detector IFW15-T produced by Germany Krom Schroder. After that, muhi-burner control box is analyzed. Several burners can be ignited safely with one multi-burner control box. Now some furnaces are small and the heating temperature must be quick. This cause the space among burners is very small. The multi-burner control box can solve the above problem. Its cost is low, operate simply. It can also make the layout clear and reduce the safe troubles. What＇s more, the gas pipe chart is analyzed according to the multi-burner igniting mode.
