摘 要:针对现有矿井瓦斯防爆监测系统普遍存在的安全隐患问题,提出了一种无线监测新方案。基于ZigBee无线网络将井下分布式瓦斯传感节点的预警判决信号经坑道中继节点传送到地面监测站,拓宽了井下网络覆盖面,提高了信号传输效率。井下瓦斯传感节点在生成预警判决信号时运用模糊推理将防爆预警条件由传统一维瓦斯浓度空间拓展到了气体浓度及其变化率的二维参数空间,明显降低了安全隐患。测试表明,该方案显著提高了矿井安全性与监测智能性。A mine safety monitoring wireless system is projected based on ZigBee and fuzzy theories.The alarm message transmitted from sensoring-node to monitor station on the ground,the overlays of the sensor network underground is wided and the efficiency of the signal is raised; The fuzzy principle is used in the born process of alarm message.so the factor of the gas density variety rate is consided and the early-warning condition is expanded form traditional thick dimension of the gas density to two parameter spaces of the rate. The testing and analysing results show that the new system has the advantages of misinformation to fail to report the rate low, respond to the speed quick etc.And the system can reduce the rate of pretermission of danger's estimation markedly and enhance the extensible capability remarkably.
