摘 要:在低温、低浓度的条件下,以甲酸钠为链转移剂,在氧化还原引发体系中采用水溶液聚合方法合成了分子质量在1000~6000的PDMDAAC。通过单因素研究方法,考察了单体质量浓度、聚合温度、引发剂用量、还原剂用量、链转移剂用量对聚合物特性粘数和单体转化率的影响。评价了不同质量分数下PDMDAAC的防膨率,并将PDMDAAC与无机粘土防膨剂KCl复配后进行评价比较,防膨率高达到96%。PDMDAAC was synthesized at the low temperature and low concentration, with water as solvent, oxidation reduction system as initiator and sodium formate as chain -transfer agent. Its molecular weight was about 1 000 - 6 000. The factors such as monomer's concentration, polymerizafing temperature, initiator's dosage, reducing agent's dosage, chain -transfer agent's dosage influencing on the intrinsic viscosity and monomer conversion of PDMDAAC were investigated via single factor method. Swell- ing prevention ratios of PDMDAAC under different mass fractions were measured and compared with the combination of PDM- DAAC and KC1. Swelling prevention ratio of mixture may achieve 96%.
