成都平原的村社治理——以罗江井村为个案

摘　　要：农村税费改革后,全国大多数农村实际上只有"分"没有"统","统分结合"基本上名存实亡。但成都平原农村的经济社仍能在统筹生产方面发挥部分作用,并能提供与村民生产、生活有密切关系的公共品,基本上能满足村民对公共服务的需求。其主要原因是它能行使土地所有权主体的部分权利。Since the reform of agricultural taxation was implemented in rural areas, villager teams are useless to most villagers, because villagers plant crops by themselves. However, villager teams on the Chengdu Plain are still playing a very important part in production planning. In addition, they can supply public products needed for production and daily life of villagers so that most villagers are satisfied. The most important reason is that villager teams can perform part of the right for land.
