摘  要:采用文献资料调研等方法,对体育产业管理过程中政府与市场的博弈关系进行讨论。结论:政府既干预市场又不可事无巨细,市场既排斥政府又需要政府规范;和谐平衡是体育产业管理中政府与市场博弈的初衷。由此,在对体育产业的管理中,政府应加强其专业管理人才的培养力度,合理定位职能,实行宏观调控,从而实现政府与市场在对体育产业管理中的优势互补,最终实现体育产业与经济社会的协调发展。With methods of documents and materials sruvey, in the condition of market economy in China, it discussed the game relationship of government and market in the course of sports estate management. It makes government not only intervene markets, but also do everything; Markets not only exclude government, but also need to be normed; harmony and balance is its original intention. From that, during the management of sports industry, government should enhance the training strength to professional person with management ability and fix their position and function rationally to put macro - control into practise, to make government and market have complementary advantages in sports industry management, in the end to make sports industry and economy society coordinated growth.
