摘　　要：综合应用GPS、GIS、现代通信、计算机网络技术,实现由航标信息GIS平台子系统、航标遥测遥控子系统及航标信息发布子系统等组成的航标信息系统.该系统首次实现基于电子海图基础数据的航标信息发布新技术(WEBGIS),为船舶及涉海部门及时、准确、方便获取航标信息提供了技术保障.This paper researches on the application of computer, modem communication, GIS, GPS, and World- Wide-Web in the field of navigation-aids information system, and has set up an integrated system consisting of navigation-aids information GIS platform, navigation-aids monitoring system and navigation-aids information release system. For the first time, this system builds a navigation-aids information release system based on WEB-GIS, and provides a technological guarantee for ships and marine departments to acquire accurate navigation-aids information in time.
