摘　　要：随着工业系统测试的日益复杂和数据量的增加,使用通用接口总线搭建的自动测试系统大大提高了测试效率.文中介绍了GPIB接口总线的原理,并组建了由信号发生器、频谱分析仪、PC机、被测设备组成的自动测试系统.使用内置在Excel中的VBA编程语言实现对被测设备的自动测试和数据采集.With complication of industrial test system and increase in data quantity, it improves test efficiency to use Gernaral Purpose Interface Bus. This paper introduces the theory of GPIB and the automatic test system that consist of an signal generator, a spectrum analyzer, a personal computer and a device. The system can test and collect datas automatically using VBA in Excel.
