摘  要:本文对所构建的气液交叉流工业尾气净化装置防止雾沫夹带的流体力学特性进行实验研究。结果表明,元雾沫夹带的适宜操作条件为:0.12〈Je〈0.38,680〈Re〈2160,8〈L/d〈20,在上述条件下其压降为15~130Pa/m流道,液体流量对压降的影响不明显。在千吨级磷铵新工艺中试装置验证了实验结果,尾气净化效果良好,达到循环利用的要求。The hydrodynamic characteristics of gas-liquid cross flow for tail gas cleaning with no entrainment were investigated.The results showed that appropriate operation conditions without entrainment were 0.12 <Je<0.38,680< Re<2160,8<L/d<20.Pressure drop was 15~130Pa per meter channel under the conditions mentioned above and the influence of liquid flow rate on the pressure drop was not obvious.The gas-liquid cross flow studied in the paper could be applied with high efficiency in tail gas cleaning,which reached the requirement for the recycling.The experiment results were demonstrated by the pilot test of new process in ammonium phosphate production.
