出版专业职业资格考试制度对编辑人才培养的作用

摘　　要：为更加科学、客观地评价和选拔出版专业人才,编辑出版行业建立起了职业资格考试制度.出版编辑人员通过对考试中设置的专业辅导教材的学习和掌握,可以很好地提高自身的专业素质和业务水平.该制度的建立,可以促进编辑专业人才的培养,有利于加强编辑队伍的建设和行业管理,提高出版物质量和规范出版业市场.In order to guarantee the evaluation and selection of publishing professionals in a more scientific and objective way, the vocational qualification examination is carried out for publishing industry. Through preparations for the examination, editors have to study and learn, which enables them to improve their professional qualities and raise their vocational levels. The establishment of examination system helps to improve the training quality of publishing professionals, strengthen the development of publishing professionals and the management of publishing industry as a whole ,raise the quality of publications and standardize the publishing market.
