摘　　要：目的探讨一种预防隆鼻假体外露的新方法。方法对于行硅胶假体隆鼻者,取鼻翼软骨表面的软组织覆盖于假体鼻尖位置,增加鼻尖组织厚度,避免假体外露。结果本组166例,无一例出现假体外露并发症,效果良好,鼻尖形态自然美观。结论利用鼻翼软骨表面软组织充填鼻尖,能有效避免假体外露等并发症,同时使鼻尖形态自然美观。Objective To investigate the effect of part soft tissue on prevention prosthesis exposure in rhinoplasty. Methods Part soft tissue harvested from nasal alar cartilages was used to cover the nasal tip of silica gel implant to increase tissue thickness and shape nature nasal tip. Results All the patients have stable effects without prosthesis exposure during 6 to 24 months＇ follow-up. Conclusion The method of augmentation rhinoplasty using part soft tissue in conjunction with silica gel implant can avoid the complications such as implant slipping and implant revealing. So it deserves to be spread.
