摘　　要：目的观察骶尾部压力传感用于骶管穿刺成功判断的可行性。方法选择拟骶管阻滞下行手术治疗的患者114例,随机分为2组(n=57例):对照组以针尖突破骶尾韧带时的"落空感"为骶管穿刺成功的判断标志,试验组以"落空感"+注药时骶尾部压力传感为判断标志,以5.0 g/L罗哌卡因20 ml行骶管内注射,观察2组骶管阻滞的成功率。结果试验组骶管阻滞的成功率为94.6%,对照组的成功率为82.1%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骶尾部压力传感有助于提高骶管穿刺的成功率。Objective To provide a new indication of pressure sense in sacral canal puncture. Methods A total of 114 patients were recruited and randomly allocated into two groups （ n = 57/group）. In the control group, sacral canal injection was practiced after loss of air pressure resistance ; and in the trial group, the injection was performed after loss of air pressure resistance combined with pressure sense test on the sacro-eoccygeal ligament. A 0.5% of ropivacaine solution （20 ml） was used in all the cases. Success rate and complication incidence were recorded. Results The sacral canal puncture success rate with fewer adverse events was significantly higher in the trial group than in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Pressure conduction helps to increse the success rate of sacral canal puncture.
