维和二级医院骨科疾病临床特点分析

摘　　要：目的总结、分析中国第七批赴刚果(金)维和二级医院门诊及住院患者骨科疾病特征,为后续分队本专业的组训及进一步做好维和卫勤保障工作提供依据。方法查阅2007年6月18日—2008年2月28日门诊及住院患者资料,并进行统计分析。结果中国驻刚果(金)布卡武地区维和二级医院骨创伤专业共诊治门诊患者182例,住院病人42例。手术病人20例,骨关节脱位闭合复位13例。其中膝踝肘关节扭挫伤居多,占42.4%,其次是手足外伤,占14.3%,腰痛腿占17.0%,各类骨折占9.8%,骨关节脱位,占5.8%,其他占10.7%。结论根据刚果(金)布卡武维和任务区的疾病特征,充分准备维和任务区内常见病及执勤训练伤疾病的防治药物和器材;国内组训阶段应着重做好维和任务区的常见病、多发病防治。Objective To summarize and analyze the orthopedic disease characteristics in Chinese Level II Hospital for UN Peace- keepers in Congo, so as to offer some references to the medical education of the successive contingents as well as improvements in medical support to the peacekeeping mission. Methods Statistical analysis was made by the case history data of all the out-and inpatients treated in Chinese Level II Hospital for UN Peaeekeepers in Congo from June 2007 to February 2008. Results Out of the total of 182 outpatients and 42 inpatients, 20 received surgical operation, and 13 received closed reduction and external plaster fixation due to joint dislocation. Sprain of knees, ankles and elbows were the most common （ accounting for 42.4% ） , and the other injuries or diseases included hand injury （14.3%） , back and leg pain （17.0%） , fractures （9.8%） , joint dislocation （5.8%） and other diseases （ 10.7% ）. Conclusion Adequate drugs and equipment should be prepared for both the common injuries and the special diseases in the peacekeeping mission area. During the permission training at home, special emphasis should be laid on the prevention and the treatment of common diseases.
