摘 要:选用FeSO4和PAC(聚合氯化铝)两种絮凝剂,对浆染废水进行烧杯混凝试验,在此基础上考察了实际工程处理效果。结果表明,FeSO4和PAC对浆染废水COD去除率和脱色率分别可达74.2%、68.1%和92.4%、87.8%。实际运行结果也显示,FeSO4和PAC均可作为浆染废水混凝预处理絮凝剂,其中FeSO4的混凝效果优于PAC,处理后出水pH和COD值满足厌氧酸化池微生物生长需要和负荷要求。Coagulation test was conducted by FeSO4 and PAC in beakers for dying and sizing wastewater. Practice operation was also investigated base on beaker test. The results showed that COD and color removal rate had reached 74.2%, 68. 1% and 92. 4%, 87. 8% for FeSO4 and PAC, respectively. Operation results showed that both FeSO4 and PAC were apt to coagulation pretreatment for dying and sizing wastewater. Coagulation by FeSO4 was better than that by PAC. pH value and COD of effluent after coagulation matched growth needs of bacteria and loading requirement of anaerobic tank.
