摘 要:以聚丙烯/乙烯—乙酸乙烯酯共混物为芯层、聚丙烯为皮层,熔融复合纺丝制备了中空复合纤维,研究该纤维对苯乙烯、乙酸乙酯、丙烯酸甲酯和柏树精油等物质的吸附性能以及影响吸附性能的因素.结果表明,吸附量主要取决于纤维中乙烯—乙酸乙烯酯的含量及乙酸乙烯酯与油性物质溶解度参数的差异,两者的溶解度参数差异越小,吸附量越大;初生纤维拉伸倍数在0~4倍时,随着拉伸倍数的增加,纤维对油性物质的吸附量降低;纤维对油性物质的吸附最佳温度为50℃.A series of composite hollow fibers were melt-spun by using polypropylene (PP) as sheath and polypropylene/ ethylene vinyl acetate (PP/EVA) blend chips as core. The adsorptivity of this fiber to oil substances, such as styrene, ethyl acetate, methyl acrylate and cedar wood oil etc. and its factors were studied. The results show that the fiber adsorbs oil substances through the active sites of EVA; the litter the differences between solubility parameters of EVA and oil substances is, the more oil substances the fiber adsorbs; the adsorptivity decreases with the increase of drawing ratio when it is 0-4; the adsorption to oil materials by the fiber reaches its maximum at 50 ℃.
