摘　　要：分析了当前专用CAD系统的发展现状及存在问题,为实现织机模块化建模、快速变形设计及分析仿真一体化,提出建立一种针对零、部件级并面向三维的织机关键零部件专用CAD系统的方法.该系统以Solid-Works软件为平台,运用Delphi语言编写而成,主要包括3大功能模块:3D图库、原型推理机模块和分析仿真模块.详细介绍了系统的开发思路、总体框架及实现方法.在新型平绒双喷织机开发过程中的实际应用结果表明,该系统操作简便,易于扩充,且在较大程度上提高了织机设计效率与质量,具有较高的工程应用价值.The current situation and problems of special CAD system are briefly analyzed. In order to integrate the methods of modular modeling, rapid reconfigurable design, analysis and simulation on weaving machine designing, a new method of building the special CAD system orientating to parts and components and being three-dimensional is put forward. This system based on Solid Works, mainly includes 3D part library, prototype reasoning module, analysis and simulation module, is developed by Delphi. The development idea, structure, implement method of this system are introduced. Applied to the design of new type double jet velveteen loom, this system is easy and flexible to operate and improve, and can greatly improves product development efficiency and quality, which has a high engineering application value.
