摘 要:采用正交试验设计方法安排实验,以环丁砜为溶剂,亚硝酸钠为阻聚剂,采用连续萃取精馏方法从C8芳烃中分离苯乙烯。分别以苯乙烯的纯度和萃取率为评价指标,对萃取精馏过程的主要影响因素如剂油比、回流比、塔釜温度等进行了考察。基于正交实验结果,进一步进行了单因素优化,在适宜的条件下,苯乙烯回收率和纯度可分别达到59.5%和95.9%。Styrene has been separated from C8 fraction by continuous extractive distillation, used sulfolane as solvent and sodium nitrite as polymerization inhibitor. Orthogonal array design method was applied to plan the experiments. Three influencing factors, namely solvent ratio, reflux ratio and reboiler temperature, on the purity and extraction yield of styrene have been studied. Based on the results obtained from orthogonal array design experiments, one-factor optimizing experiments were carried out, and at the suitable conditions, styrene recovery and purity were 59.5% and 95.9%, respectively.
