摘 要:对钾肥在青花菜上的应用效果进行了研究,结果表明:施用钾肥能明显影响青花菜的叶片生长和结球率,促进青花菜结球。与不施钾肥相比,施用钾肥对青花菜有显著的增产作用,增产幅度为1213.1~1600kg/hm2,经济效益增收幅度为4204.8~5860元/hm2。当土壤钾素含量为中等水平,钾肥(K2O)施用量为135kg/hm2时,青花菜Vc含量最高,硝酸盐含量较低,品质高于其他处理。Field experiment was arranged to study the effect of potassium application on yield and quality in cauliflower. The results showed that the leaf growth and heading of cauliflower were obviously improved. Compared with control, the yields of potassium application treatments were increased by 1 213.1 - 1 600 kg/hm^2, the incomes were increased by 4 204.8 - 5 860 yuan/hm^2. When potassium application was 135 kg/hm^2, the Vc content of cauliflower was the highest among all treatments, the nitrate content was lower than other treatments. So, it concluded that potassium application could significantly improve the quality of the cauliflower.
