草坪草褐斑病菌次生代谢物的生物活性测定

摘  要:以病原菌的致病因子为出发点,对病原菌次生代谢物的生物活性进行了测定。研究结果表明,立枯丝核菌的代谢产物能引起与病原相似的病斑,并且毒害作用大小与其致病力存在一定相关性。代谢产物对胚根伸长、胚芽生长均造成一定影响,抑制作用可分别达到42.06%~91.20%、2.31%~18.79%,但对种子发芽率无太大影响。In this paper, the bioactivity of secondary metabolites that was the pathogenic factor of brown patch disease probably was assayed. The results showed that disease spots that caused by metabolites was similar to that of pathogen and the pathogenicity and the toxicity effect had some correlations. Secondary metabolites had not great influence on the germination rate but had some influence on the growth of radicle and embryo, the inhibition effect was 42.06 %-91.20 % and 2.31%- 18.79%, respectively.
