摘 要:将北疆高酸原油初馏点至400℃切割成8个不同的组分,分析了各组分的酸值和芳香结构,进而研究了各馏分油-水的界面张力和不同条件下油-水界面张力的变化规律,同时考察了脱酸后馏分油界面性质的变化情况。结果表明:酸值和芳香共轭组分越大,馏分油-水界面张力越小;pH对轻组分和重组分有不同的影响;脱酸后,酸性馏分油的酸值明显减小,脱酸率都在60%以上,馏分油-水的界面张力急剧增大。The initial boiling point (IBP) to 400℃ fractions of Beijiang highly acidic crude oil were separated into 8 fractions. Their total acid numbers (TAN), the aromatic structures, and the change of interfacial tension of oil-water phases for the fractions in different conditions were investigated. The oil-water interfacial tensions before and after the deacidification were compared. The results showed that the higher the TAN and content of aromatic structure were, the lower the oil-water interfacial tension was, and pH has different effects on light and heavy fractions. After acid removal, the TAN of the fractions was decreased evidently and more than 60% of the naphthenic acid could be removed. The oil-water interfacial tension increased dramatically.
