摘 要:利用四探针测试法分析了导电聚苯胺(PANI-CSA)薄膜的电导率及其屏蔽特性,发现随着薄膜的厚度从4~40μm变化,导电聚苯胺薄膜的室温电导率在12~25S/cm范围内变化.并测试和分析了导电聚苯胺薄膜的屏蔽特性与薄膜厚度的关系,得到了导电聚合物PANI-CSA薄膜的电磁屏蔽效能在一定厚度范围内与理论值是一致的结论.By using the four- probes testing method, the author in this paper analyzes the conductivity of the electric conduction polyaniline (PAN- CSA )membrane and the shielding property and finds that as the thickness of the membrane is changed from 4-40μm, the conductivity of room temperature is changed within the range of 12-25S/cm. And the author also tests and analyzes the relationship between shielding efficiency of the polyaniline membrane and the membrane thickness, and reaches a conclusion that the electromagnetism of the conductive polyaniline PANI - CSA membrane and reject efficiency are identical to the theoretical value.
