摘 要:介绍金属材料在拉伸试验过程中出现屈服现象的机制,指出上、下屈服点出现的原因。对有明显屈服现象的低碳钢热轧盘条在拉伸试验中屈服点不明显的现象进行试验及理论分析。介绍试验样品的选取及制备、试验设备的选择、试验方案的制定及试验结果,从试样制备、试验机的应用及试验操作等方面对材料屈服点的影响入手,探讨造成低碳钢热轧盘条屈服点不明显的原因。建议在用液压式万能材料试验机做拉伸试验时,要根据试样的预定强度选用合适的度盘量程。To introduce the mechanism of yield phenomenon occurring in the process of metal material tensile test. The cause of occurring upper and lower yield point is pointed out. The phenomenon of unobvious yield point was tested and theory analyzed in the process of tensile test towards low carbon steel hot-rolled wire rod which has obvious yield phenomenon. The selection and preparation of testing specimen, the selection of testing device, the making of testing plan and testing result were introduced. The cause of low carbon steel hot-rolled wire rod unobvious yield point was discussed from the influence of the following aspects such as specimen preparation, the application of testing machine and testing operation etc on material yield point. It is suggested that appropriate dial range is selected according to the predefined strength of specimen when tensile test is done on the hydraulic universal material testing machine.
