摘　　要：在探讨了林业产业链的内涵基础上,勾勒了林业产业链结构。林业产业链的形成始于社会分工,在市场机制的作用下,形成合适的产业链组织结构,尔后产生新的细致化、更专业化的社会分工,周而复始,形成蛛网结构的林业产业链形成机制;之后基于蛛网模型3个维度,提出林业产业链形成的价值模型,并举例说明,验证了林业产业链形成机制;最后探讨了林业产业链价值实现的4个途径,为积极拓展和完善林业产业链功能和优化结构提供借鉴。Base on the discussion of the industrial chain in forestry. The industrial chain in forestry chain of forestry, it draws the outline of industrial begins from social division of labor, forms appropriate organizational structure of the industrial chain under the market-based, and then generates a much more ingenious and specialization new social division of labor. It circulates again around the above order and has been forming the cobweb structure of the mechanism of the industrial chain in forestry. On the base of three-dimensional cobweb model, it puts a value model to the industrial chain in forestry, and gives an example to testify the mechanism. Finally, it discusses four ways which broaden actively, improve the function and optimize the structure to achieve the value, and uses for the reference.
