警察体育基础课教学的改革与创新

摘　　要：针对公安院校新生入学后普遍存在身体素质偏差,加之警察体育基础课课时少,训练内容、方法和手段单一等问题,我院警体部在进行"警察体育基础课"的教学时,首先转变教学理念,对教材体系、考试方式、教学方法等进行了改革与创新,形成了比较系统的警体基础学科理论和教学训练体系,并通过多年教学实践的检验,取得了较显著的效果。There are many problems such as bad physical fitness of freshmen in police academy, limited class period and single forms of contents in the teaching of police physical basis. Fujian Police Academy has transformation educational concepts, reformed and innovation examination system, teaching methods,forming a systematic, rigorous and scientific discipline theory and educational training system. And we have made new achievements through years of educational practices.
