摘 要:用不同类型分散染料对涤纶织物低温染色,探讨膨胀剂DM-2302的用量、温度、时间、pH值对染色的影响。与高温高压染色工艺相比,具有相同的升华牢度及摩擦牢度,低温型染料的色差也比较小,上染百分率较高。对比实验结果表明,涤纶织物低温染色适宜选用低温型染料,得出的较佳工艺为:膨胀剂DM-2302质量浓度3.5g/L,温度98℃,pH4.5,时间70min。Using different types of disperse dyestuff to dye Polyester fabric in low temperature, the influences of expanding agent DM-2302's dosage, temperature, time and pH value were discussed. Compared to high-voltage and high-temperature dyeing, it has same sublimation fastness and rubbing fastness;compared to low-temperature dyeing,it has similar chromatic aberration and better dyeing percentage.Based on experimental results,it is better to use low temperature dyestuff for low-temperature dyeing of polyester fabric.One good dyeing process is:mass concentration of expanding agent DM-2302 3.5 g/L, dyeing temperature 98℃, pH value 4.5,and dyeing time 70 minutes.
