摘  要:新型的椭圆齿轮泵的性能优于圆齿轮泵.利用AutoCAD软件能够计算椭圆齿轮泵复杂的输出腔横截面积,进而分析得到椭圆齿轮泵的流量特性曲线.对于齿数Z为34、模数m为1.68mm、两个椭圆齿轮中心距2a为56.2 mm、椭圆偏心率e为0.235的椭圆齿轮泵,其容积效率是同规格圆齿轮泵的1.55倍,输出流量波动率为51.4%.The performance of the new-style pump with two elliptic gear rotators is better than the round gear pump. The cross-section area of the output cavity with complicated shape can be calculated for the elliptic gear rotator pump by the AutoCAD software. The curves of the flow characteristics of the pump were obtained from the calculated data. The volume efficiency of the new-style pump is 1.55 times as big as the similar round gear pump and the fluctuation of the output volume is 51.4 %. The number of the teeth of the elliptic gear is 34, the gear module is 1.68 mm, the center distance between the two elliptic gears is 56.2 mm,and the eccentricity of the pitch ellipse is 0. 235.
