保元丹对常见老年病的临床作用观察

摘　　要：目的临床观察保元丹对常见老年病的作用。方法120例老年病患者在常规中西药治疗基础上分为观察组60例,对照组60例,观察组加服保元丹2粒,3/d。观察两组初始期及服药1个月、2个月冠心病、老年慢性支气管炎、糖尿病和虚弱症状各项指标。结果服药2个月后,保元丹减轻冠心病心绞痛和心律不齐症状,评分对照组分别为3.80±0.65、2.10±0.40,观察组分别为1.89±1.10、0.89±0.28,P<0.01;改善老年慢性支气管炎和肺气肿的咳、痰、喘症状,评分对照组为2.20±0.30,观察组为1.28±0.61,P<0.01;改善糖尿病的三多一少症状,评分对照组为1.00±0.25,观察组为0.95±0.31,P<0.01;降低老年病患者虚弱症状,评分对照组为9.10±1.80,观察组为5.60±2.30,P<0.01。结论保元丹明显改善老年病一些常见症状,预防发病,健体强身,长期服用无不良反应,可做为老年人保健用药。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Baoyuandan （BYD）on the common geriatric disease. Methods To the common geriatric disease such as coronary heart disease, chronic bronchitis, diabetes and the symptom of weakness as index. Results BYD could alleviate the symptoms of the coronary heart disease angina pectoris and the arrhythmia （P〈0.01）,improve the symptoms of the pulmonary emphysema and cough,sputum and shortness asthnoid of the chronic bronchitis（P〈0.01 ）,improve the symptom of the more drink,more eat,more urine and lose weight of the diabetes P〈0.01 ） ,and reduce the disease patients of the symptom of weakness（P〈0.01 ）. Conclusions BYD could significantly improve the symptoms of some common geriatric disease, prevent the disease and build up health. Furthermore, there is no toxic and side effect of BYD when taken a long period. So it is a healthcare medicine for the elderly.
