新生儿院内细菌感染现状及耐药分析

摘　　要：目的：了解新生儿院内细菌感染的病原菌及其耐药情况，查找原因以减少院内细菌感染的发生。方法：对我院新生儿病房近期收治的39例新生儿明确院内感染的病例，对其感染部位、细菌耐药情况及相关危险因素进行回顾性分析。结果：共发生院内细菌感染39例，占同期住院新生儿的11．7％，同期医院内细菌感染发生率为4．1％，两者有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。早产儿医院细菌感染为24．1％，明显高于同期新生儿院内细菌感染率，两者有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。共找到病原菌28株，阳性率为71．8％。本组全部16例革兰阴性杆菌及绝大部分革兰阳性球菌对头孢哌酮／舒巴坦敏感。结论：早产儿具有发生院内感染的高危因素，加强医护人员的卫生意识，尤其注意手部消毒，可有效预防院内感染发生。如发生院内感染，考虑首选头孢哌酮／舒巴坦作为本地区医院内感染的经验性用药。Objective： Understanding the new born with region infection in hospital and drug resistance find the reason to reduce region infection in hospital. Methods： From 22 file were new admitted in the hospital, from the in infection part. Drug resistance and related risk factor to retrospective analysis.Results： There are 39 patient were infected,it is 11.7% compared with the total patient at the same time admieed in the hospital Same time in the hospital the bacterial infection formation rate is 4.1%, the two have the significance difference（ P 〈 0.001）. The premature infant hospital bacterial infection is 24.1%, is higher than same time in obviously the newborn courtyard the bacterium infection percentage, the two have the significance difference（ P 〈 0.05）. Altogether found disease germ 28, the masculine gender rate is 71.8 %. This group of completely 16 example Gelanshi negative bacillus and the major part Gelanshi masculine coccus enemy spore pai alkone/extends batan to be sensitive. Conclusion： Premature infantswith nosocomial infections occurred in the high - risk factors, health care workers to strengthen the awareness of health, with particular attention to hand disinfection can be effective in preventing the occurrence of nosocomial infections. In the event of a nosocomial infection, preferred to consider cefoperazone/sulbactam in the region as a hospital infection empirical medicine.
