摘  要:我国生猪价格波动表现为正常波动和非正常波动两种形式,其中非正常波动是阻碍我国生猪产业健康、快速发展的瓶颈。生猪价格非正常波动的根本性原因是生猪市场体系不完善、生产经营主体行为不协同和政府调节滞后/过度、错位/缺位。抑制生猪价格非正常波动需要遵循重点突出与整体兼顾、事前控制和短期与中长期相结合的原则,通过提高政府调节的有效性,完善生猪市场体系,加强生猪养殖主体行为的科学性和协同度,促使生猪价格由非正常波动向正常波动转变。The price fluctuation of live pig in China represents normal price fluctuation and abnormal price fluctuation ,the abnormal price fluctuation is the main bottleneck which blocks the pig industry to develop healthily and speedily. The essential reason for the abnormal price fluctuation of live pig is that pig market system does not run effectively,the behavior of producer disaccord and the adjustment of government is lag, excessive, offsetting poor alignment, omissive. The principles such as giving attention to, emphasing and entireness, control in advance and combining with short-term and middle long -term should be followed to restrain the abnormal price fluctuation of live pig price. By improving the validity of the government adjustment , perfecting live pig nation degree of pig breeding behavior, promote normal fluctuation. market system, reinforce the scientificalness and coordithe live pig price to change from abnormal fluctuation to
