摘　　要：对外经贸运输在国家对外贸易中发挥着不可替代的作用,它关系着国家经济发展和经济安全。从海运角度分析国际及中国对外经贸海运现状,提出新形势下中国对外经贸运输存在的安全问题,在此基础上,探索发展中国海运事业、保障中国对外经贸海运安全的对策和方法。Transportation of foreign economy and trade is playing an irreplaceable role in the national foreign economy and trade, which has a bearing on national economic development and economic security. The paper analyzed the international and Chinese foreign economy and trade development and the status quo from the shipping point of view, put forward the security prob- lems of Chinese national foreign economy and trade shipping in the new era. And then, it pointed out some strategies and methods for developing Chinese shipping industry and protecting the safety of Chinese foreign economy and trade.
